ความรับผิดชอบและหน้าที่

• Study and understand SIAM KUBOTA’s manufacturing business processes to adapt, enhance, or implement systems that support operations under SOX policy
• Create detailed business analysis, identify problems, and recommend system solutions to users
• Control and follow up on system enhancements to ensure alignment with project plans
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist during go-live phases to ensure smooth deployment and user readiness
• Support and maintain existing systems post go-live to meet evolving user needs and ensure long-term system stability
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation including blueprints, functional specifications, user manuals, and configuration notes
• Perform other assignments as required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields. with at least GPA. of 2.70.
• Good command of English (TOEIC Score 550 upward).

ความรับผิดชอบและหน้าที่

• Liaison with government authorities and organizations regarding the company permits and licenses.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts or agreements in English and Thai.
• Coordinator with outsource law firm for legal advice in other countries.
• Waste Management Control.
• Support inspection the billboards of Dealers.
• Collaborate the governmental sectors to apply for the licenses related to the business’s operation.
• Monitor visa and work permit of expat staff, within conditions of custom of immigration.
• Coordination with authorities in terms of application, registration of Certificate or license or otherwise as the case may be (when required)
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (DBD, regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
• Accountable for the company permits / licenses and registration work.
• Providing legal document -contract, notice, MOU, company memorandum and other legal document.
• Comply with environment management and occupation health and safety policy and quality policy of company.

ความรับผิดชอบและหน้าที่

Responsibilities

• Credit Assessment: Analyze customers’ financial information and situations to assess creditworthiness (existing, potential, and new customers) and determine appropriate credit limits.
• Customer Data Management: Create or update customer data in the SAP system following approval protocols.
• Credit Block Management: Release credit blocks in the SAP system after approval for sales exceeding credit limits or special conditions.
• Collateral Management: Ensure all customer-provided collateral and related documents are complete, up-to-date, valid, and securely stored.
• Debt Monitoring: Monitor and follow up on overdue debts, including applying penalties for late payments.
• Project Feasibility: Prepare and analyze feasibility studies for customers proposing new showroom projects.
• Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly credit monitoring reports.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with banks, insurance companies, and internal departments.
• Other Duties: Perform special projects and other job-related duties as assigned.

• Be able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathum Thani.

• Managing & controlling systems serving both dealers and end-customers of SKC
• Generating requirements, comparing AS-IS, and proposing TO-BE customer experience, UX & UI with recommended best practices.
• Designing new solutions based on SKC’s technology Catalogue.
• Facilitating projects by conducting discussions or workshops for fit-in business requirements and specifications.
• Accommodating and collaborating among relevant members/parties throughout system implementation and post-go-live
• Running IT activities and relevant matters to support customer success driven by sales and marketing under controlled cybersecurity. 

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Business Computer, Information Technology, Accounting Information System, Management Information System or related fields.
• GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s Degree and 3.30 for Master’s Degree
• Good in English communication (550 TOEIC Score is required)
• Low Code Platform: OutSystem
• CRM and Customer Information: Salesforce
• Cloud Service: Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Programming Language: React, Python, ASP .NET core, Microsoft-SQL, or related technology other
• API (web service) Programming Language: Python, Jason, MuleSoft (API gateway platform) would be appreciable)
• SAP Platform & Technology : SAP S/4 HANA on cloud (Optional) 
• Be able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate
