ความรับผิดชอบและหน้าที่

1. Compliance Support: Support the implementation and day-to-day compliance with applicable laws
and regulatory requirements relating to foreign business operations and personal data protection,
including the Foreign Business License (FBL) and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), for both
existing operations and new initiatives.
2. Licensing and Contract Administration: Support licensing and contractual activities required for
existing operations, business expansions, new businesses, and new projects, in accordance with legal
and governance requirements.
3. Monitoring, Reporting, and Coordination: Assist in monitoring, reporting, and maintaining records
related to licensing and contractual compliance, and coordinating with relevant regulatory authorities
and internal stakeholders to support continuous compliance.

• Bachelor’s Degree of Laws
• Good human relationship, Computer skill (Ms. Office), Good command of English.
• 1 – 5 years of experience

ความรับผิดชอบและหน้าที่

• Design Electrical Power Systems for Projects, Design high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Design electrical control circuits.
• Design IoT control systems and related sensor devices.
• Procurement and Supervision of Electrical System Contractors, Source contractors for electrical system projects, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness., Supervise contractors to ensure installations comply with quality and standards.
• Project Implementation Plan Management and Reporting ,Develop project implementation plans.
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure adherence to plans, considering quality, delivery timelines, and costs.
• Establishment and Training of Operational Standards
• Develop operational standards for various related electrical systems.
• Training on operational standards for relevant personnel.
• Designing solar energy systems including photovoltaic (PV) arrays, inverters, battery storage systems, and associated electrical components.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the design of electrical systems and control circuits.
• English proficiency (Toeic 550) / Communication and coordination skills / Proficiency in using Auto-CAD

ความรับผิดชอบและหน้าที่

Responsibilities

• Credit Assessment: Analyze customers’ financial information and situations to assess creditworthiness (existing, potential, and new customers) and determine appropriate credit limits.
• Customer Data Management: Create or update customer data in the SAP system following approval protocols.
• Credit Block Management: Release credit blocks in the SAP system after approval for sales exceeding credit limits or special conditions.
• Collateral Management: Ensure all customer-provided collateral and related documents are complete, up-to-date, valid, and securely stored.
• Debt Monitoring: Monitor and follow up on overdue debts, including applying penalties for late payments.
• Project Feasibility: Prepare and analyze feasibility studies for customers proposing new showroom projects.
• Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly credit monitoring reports.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with banks, insurance companies, and internal departments.
• Other Duties: Perform special projects and other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Working experiences 0 – 3 years. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related filed with at least GPA. of 2.70.
• Good command of English (TOEIC Score 550 upward).
• Excellent in English, and Financial Analysis.
• Be able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathum Thani.
