• Improve reliability of machinery and provide technical support when machine breakdown.
• Define, manage and optimize the preventive maintenance plans.
• Summary machine breakdown and find out root cause using why-why analysis.
• Plan and control the maintenance project such as machine overhaul, improvement and installation.

Qualification

Responsibilities and duties

• Design, implement, risk assessment, and manage the server (Nutanix, VMware, Windows Server, Linux Server) to support business requirements.
• Control server improvement projects to increase efficiency and cost optimization.
• Manage Security Patch Management, Vulnerability Assessment, and the CIS benchmark
• Provide technical support for the rollout of new applications (In-house system, MFG system, etc.) and troubleshooting to related teams
• Monitor and optimize server performance using monitoring tools.
• Follow the ISO9001:2015, ISO27001:2013 and SOX policies.

Qualification
