[NORMAL] COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE (COMMUNICATION STRATEGY)
Responsibilities and duties
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop end-to-end Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Design full-funnel campaign structures, including the Big Idea, Key Messages, Content Pillars, Channel Roles, and Customer Journeys.
- Study consumer insights, market trends, competitor movements, and target audience behavior to formulate strong, insight-driven communication concepts.
- Ensure strict adherence to Brand Guidelines, Tone of Voice, and overall brand perception across all touchpoints.
2. Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key contact point between internal business units and external agency/production partners.
- Draft clear, comprehensive briefs, oversee execution, and evaluate agency deliverables to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely outputs.
- Conduct thorough language, translation, and cultural relevance reviews with local teams to eliminate risk of miscommunication.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (Engagement, Reach, Leads, Conversion, Sentiment, and Brand Perception).
- Derive actionable insights from data to continuously refine and optimize future campaigns.
- Manage material specifications and logistics for Point of Purchase (POPs) displays and promotional souvenir production.
4. AI Integration & Productivity Enhancement
- Utilize Generative AI to support idea generation, message crafting, campaign structuring, and content exploration.
- Apply AI tools to streamline data analysis (customer trends, competitor tracking, and campaign performance) and synthesize meeting notes/briefs from multiple stakeholders.
- Build, test, and refine effective prompts and AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks and boost team productivity.
Qualification
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Communication Strategy, MarCom, or Integrated Marketing Communications.
- Must have direct experience working in an Advertising/Creative Agency OR working on the client side managing agency partners.
- Language Skill: TOEIC score of 550+ (or equivalent English proficiency) with strong capabilities in drafting briefs, reviewing translations, and communicating effectively in professional English
[NORMAL] HR OFFICER (EMPLOYEE RELATION)
Responsibilities and duties
- Oversee and manage employee activities
- Coordinate and manage meetings for the Welfare Committee / Joint Consultation Committee in the workplace
- Supervise and review the employee handbook and HR policies to ensure they are always up to date.
- Manage and enforce the company’s disciplinary action and penalty system.
- Oversee employee benefits administration to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Organize and facilitate quarterly all-hands / employee meetings.
- Supervise all related operations to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Qualification
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s Degree and 3.30 for Master’s Degree
- 0-2 years of experiences in accounting or budgeting
- Good in English communication (TOEIC Score up to 550)

[URGENT] ACCOUNTANT (BUDGET MANAGEMENT)
Responsibilities and duties
- Business Planning: Prepare, review and analyze data of the Company and subsidiaries’ annual business plan, revised business plan, MTP and rolling business plan including estimated operating performance, focusing on Balance Sheet, and Income Statement.
- Budget Meeting Coordination: Review materials and consult on the Budget Hearing results, and take part in discussions.
- Budget Monitoring: Propose necessary control actions and monitor CAPEX and OPEX budget monthlyand quarterly reports.
- Consulting: Guide and support departments in budget planning and update planning guidelines.
- Budget Performance Reporting: Analyze results, recommend actions to department for budget utilization and ROI performance.
- Task Enhancement : Coordinate system updates and improve working systems to enable insightful support information.
- System & Tools: Lean and Adopt tools (i.e. Tableau and VBA/RPA) in budget control and business performance report to enhance data accuracy, visualization, efficiency, and decision-making.
