Responsibilities and duties

• Analyze user requirements and design algorithms and flowcharts.
• Develop efficient code based on specifications for optimizing SKC’s operational efficiency.
• Implement unit test and integration tests to ensure software functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software and adapt existing software to new hardware.
• Deploy software applications and monitor performance.
• Support and maintain existing software to keep up with user needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for codebases, system architectures, and user manuals to facilitate future maintenance and user understanding.
• Recommend and execute improvement based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the software meets business needs.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of IIS service, Microsoft Azure portal, database management (Oracle, SQL server), programming language (JavaScript and Python), and Git for version control.

Responsibilities and duties

• Proven experience in developing and managing Crisis Management, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), including testing and simulation exercises.
• Experience in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments, covering strategic, operational, financial, IT, and project-related risks.
• Hands-on experience in crisis management, with the ability to respond effectively to real-life incidents.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, coordinating between executives, business units, and technical teams to ensure successful BCM implementation.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and relevant tools to support risk-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities and duties

Data Engineering & Platform

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
• Build and optimize Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline failures and performance issues.
• Maintain and optimize SQL, Spark, and cloud-based data processing workloads.

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop BI dashboards and automated reports for business users.
• Support self-service analytics for internal departments and external partners.
• Improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.

Data Architecture & Governance

• Design scalable data architecture for structured and unstructured data.
• Implement data governance, security, and data quality standards.
• Manage metadata, data lineage, and access control policies.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with business users to analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and consultation to Data Analysts and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for system integration.

Innovation & Improvement

• Research emerging technologies related to Data Analytics, AI, and Cloud Platforms.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance system stability and operational efficiency.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Data modeling, Data Analytics, Data warehousing, Data Governing for 0-3 years of experience

Responsibilities and duties

• Business Planning: Prepare, review and analyze data of the Company and subsidiaries’ annual business plan, revised business plan, MTP and rolling business plan including estimated operating performance, focusing on Balance Sheet, and Income Statement.
• Budget Meeting Coordination: Review materials and consult on the Budget Hearing results, and take part in discussions.
• Budget Monitoring: Propose necessary control actions and monitor CAPEX and OPEX budget monthlyand quarterly reports.
• Consulting: Guide and support departments in budget planning and update planning guidelines.
• Budget Performance Reporting: Analyze results, recommend actions to department for budget utilization and ROI performance.
• Task Enhancement : Coordinate system updates and improve working systems to enable insightful support information.
• System & Tools: Lean and Adopt tools (i.e. Tableau and VBA/RPA) in budget control and business performance report to enhance data accuracy, visualization, efficiency, and decision-making.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 0-2 years of experience

• Transform complex datasets into strategic recommendations and business insights for management. 
• Develop dashboards, automated reports, and performance insights for management decision-making.  
• Utilize AI tools, machine learning and data analytics techniques to improve service efficiency, predictive maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement new AI technologies and automation solutions relevant to service business and operations. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including service, marketing, and operations to develop data-driven strategies.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Data and Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Python 
• Knowledge of AI tools, machine learning, or generative AI applications is preferred.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.  
• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Fast learner with passion for emerging technologies and AI innovation
